We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Hartley County, Texas. You will work at a private estate garden. What we are looking for: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
