Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
