Tyre and wheel fitter — Chickasaw County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Chickasaw County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands Requirements: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
