Urgent requirement: we are hiring a motor mechanic in Jefferson County, Texas. You will work on the workshop ramps. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic Your main tasks: • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Replace brake pads, discs and callipers • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts Full-time, day shift.
