Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Torrance County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
