Rebar fixer • Meade County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Meade County, Kansas. The job is at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
