Production operative • Jackson County, Minnesota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Jackson County, Minnesota. You will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. What we are looking for: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
