Great opportunity: shuttering fixer (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Stearns County, Minnesota. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You will repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
