Immediate opening: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Starr County, Texas. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
