Gas service engineer — Akwanga

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On the job you will handle: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
