Immediate opening: we are hiring a car painter in Barnwell County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale On a typical shift you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
