Now hiring: we are hiring a garment machinist in Loudon County, Tennessee. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. You will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Six days a week, one day off.
