Vacancy available: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Broome County, New York. The job is on a housing development site. The role involves backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
