Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sedgwick County, Kansas. You will be based in a bread factory. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
