Restoration bricklayer wanted in Rockcastle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. You will be based on a busy housing site. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Your main tasks: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Full-time with occasional weekends.
