Dishwashing attendant — Swisher County

The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
