Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings The role involves: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet Part-time with flexible hours.
