You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
