Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Henry County, Missouri. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
