Scullery hand wanted in Jeff Davis County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jeff Davis County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off.
