Urgent requirement: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Richardson County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
