Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ouachita County, Arkansas. You will be based at a beach resort. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
