Now hiring: we are hiring a production line operative in Doniphan County, Kansas. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves: • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Ideal candidate: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
