Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Chester County, South Carolina. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter Full-time, day shift.
