The role involves measure window and door openings and order glass to size; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass.
