Urgent requirement: MIG welder (Wyoming)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Washakie County, Wyoming. The job is on a structural steel site. The role involves weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
