Urgent requirement: press machine operator (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. The job is at a busy press shop. Your main tasks: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
