Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Chittenden County, Vermont. The job is in a busy paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time, day shift.
