Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Henry County, Ohio. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
