Head butcher wanted in Saratoga County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Saratoga County, New York. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time with occasional weekends.
