Refrigeration and AC mechanic wanted in Saint Francois County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Saint Francois County, Missouri. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. On the job you will handle: • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Full-time, day shift.
