Great opportunity: powder coating operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Albemarle County, Virginia. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
