We are recruiting: roofing technician (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing technician in Taylor County, West Virginia. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing Ideal candidate: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Full-time with occasional weekends.
