Powder coating sprayer • Obot Akara, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Obot Akara, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts. ₦130,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
