We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile mason in Greater Bridgeport Planning Region, Connecticut. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation The role involves: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
