AC installation technician wanted in Lee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Lee County, Illinois. You will be based on residential and commercial sites. The role involves braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum. Requirements: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage We offer $29 per hour plus benefits.
