Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel beater in Van Buren County, Tennessee. The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
