Aluminium fitter — Guma

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Guma, Benue State. You will work in a glazing and curtain wall company. Day to day you will fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections. Requirements: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
