Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Lafayette County, Missouri. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
