Now hiring: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Hawaii County, Hawaii. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. The role involves clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
