Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
