Immediate opening: we are hiring a car painter in Loving County, Texas. The job is at a busy body shop. You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
