Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete worker in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The job is on a road and bridge project. The role involves compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Full-time, day shift. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits.
