Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Cheyenne County, Kansas. You will work at a busy lift company. You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
