Gas meter installer wanted in Fergus County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Fergus County, Montana. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
