Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. The job is at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill The role involves: • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
