Now hiring: crawler crane operator (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals On a typical shift you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; read and interpret the load chart before every lift. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
