Hydraulic crane operator — Yagba West

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Yagba West, Kogi State. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. Day-to-day duties: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Full-time with occasional weekends.
