Dough maker — Kanawha County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking. $3,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
