Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Marion County, Alabama. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. Requirements: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Your main tasks: • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin Full-time, day shift.
